"I Did NOT Grow this Year" Procedure

Step 1 - The cultivators must submit a notarized letter to Community Development Department for review and approval. The letter shall include the following:
    a. Detailed written statement that they did not cultivate this year and why
    b. Photographic evidence as an attachment
    c. All this documentation must be submitted by October 15, 2020 by 5:00 pm.

Note: Once the required documentation has been submitted to our department for review and approval, coordinate/schedule a site inspection with code enforcement to confirm that the applicant did not cultivate.

Step 2 Contact all applicants you have issued Early Activation (EA) and inform them of the new process.

Step 3 Update the cannabis spreadsheet immediately.

Step 4 If an applicant submitted the required documentation not to cultivate, coordinate with your managers and the Tax Department
