About Computers and Internet at the Library
All branches of the Lake County Library system have free WiFi. Log in to the "Lake County Library" network with your laptop or mobile device. The Lake County Library provides internet access on public computers at library branches in Lakeport, Clearlake, Middletown and Upper Lake. Click here to read the full Internet Use Policy which governs the use of the Internet at the Library.

Access to the public computers is free. Printing from public computers is 10 cents per page and only in black and white. Computer use is first come first serve. Each patron may use a computer for 1 hour initially and their time may be extended in 15 minute increments up to an additional hour if no one else is waiting for computers.
