Deadline Extended to Request CalFresh Replacement for October 2019 Power Outages
CalFresh recipients now have until 11/22/2019 to request replacement benefits for October 2019 outages occurring on or after 10/23/2019. Food and Nutrition Services approved an extension of the 10-day deadline.
CalFresh recipients who lost food due to power outages in October 2019 may receive replacement benefits for each power outage.
