National Voter Registration Day – September 22, 2020

THE LAKE COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS OFFICE would like to inform voters and eligible citizens that today, Tuesday, September 22, 2020 is National Voter Registration Day.

Civically minded groups and organizations nationwide have collaborated to establish the fourth Tuesday in September as National Voter Registration Day.

Lake County is committed to strengthening democracy by encouraging voter registration and increasing participation in all elections.

The need for public information and education on voter registration is extremely critical as Americans prepare to take part in the November Election.

All eligible citizens are encouraged to register to vote and/or take part in activities designed to promote greater participation in the upcoming November 3, 2020 General Election.  For more information on the upcoming November Election, please visit our website at http://www.lakecountyca.gov/Government/Directory/ROV/Upcoming/110320.htm.

You can register to vote online at https://registertovote.ca.gov.
