Zonehaven AWARE is now Genasys Protect
An urgent and important announcement from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office of Emergency Services.
Lake County, CA (June 28, 2023) -- Effective Tuesday, June 27, 2023, Zonehaven AWARE has changed its name to Genasys Protect.
Only the name is changing. Zone information and zone numbers will not be changing.
At this time, all QR codes and other web addresses/URLs (aware.zonehaven.com and community.zonehaven.com), past information provided by the Sheriff’s Office, and zone information are still relevant, still work, and will continue to function.
Starting in 2024, the URL will be consolidated to protect.genasys.com, only.
Again, this is a change in name only. The name change from Zonehaven to Genasys Protect was a decision made by Genasys Protect.
